After receiving your request, we will confirm the availability of your date(s). When your tour has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with directions to the venue and where to meet your tour guide. We reserve up to 1 hour for all tours.  

Please share your weekday and weekend availability, as weekend slots are limited due to other events. For clients interested in lodging, we are happy to show you the Cactus Flower cottage during your visit if that space is unoccupied.  We will also include contact information for Acres Wild Retreat in your tour confirmation, if you would like to arrange for a tour of those spaces during your visit as well.  If those spaces are booked, you will be able to drive to the upper property to get a better feel for the accommodations area and view the detailed photos and descriptions online.  For couple's who wanting to book both The Wildflower and lodging at Acres Wild Retreat, we are able to request a courtesy hold on your behalf, throughout the booking process.
